HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We hope you love the products as much as we do, but not to worry if you’d like a return. We’re happy to start the process for you. If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product and it’s eligible for return, you can email hello@nicolelacroixskin to start your return request within 30 days of your order fulfillment date. Please note that all skin care devices and products where more than half of the product has been used are not eligible for return.

WHAT IF I’VE ALREADY OPENED A PRODUCT?

We do understand it may take a few tries to find out a product isn’t a perfect match for your skin. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products where more than half of the product has been used.

WHAT IF I’VE DROPPED, DAMAGED OR LOST A PRODUCT?

We are not responsible for personal damage to an item, if an item has been dropped, spilled, stolen, etc. We cannot accept it for a refund.

DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL OR LOST ITEMS:

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you believe your order has been lost, please contact us at hello@nicolelacroixskin.com Unfortunately, Nicole LaCroix Skin Care cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items if USPS has scanned the package in as delivered to the address provided in your order. Please be sure that you have provided the correct shipping address, and that it can be delivered to an area that you feel safe with your package being left there.

 If you think you have received a product that appears to be damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at hello@nicolelacroixskin.com Please report damaged or defective items to us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to send you a replacement for products reported to us within 72 hours of delivery. We encourage customers to provide photos of the damaged or defective product.

NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE:

Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and if you're not happy, neither are we! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out as soon as possible and within 30 days of purchase, as we accept returns on a case by case basis.
